The quality of the products is controlled during the entire production process. To ensure the stability of the processes and thus the uniform quality of the castings, the process parameters are controlled and continuously recorded.
For quality control, we have a laboratory equipped with modern measuring technology.
The dimensions of the castings are inspected according to the inspection plans and the results are recorded in the measurement protocols. Upon request, we will issue Certificate 3.1
Laboratory equipment for quality control:
The chemical composition of alloys is measured by an optical emission spectrometer SPECTRO.
Tests of mechanical properties of materials are performed on a reconstructed EU 20 shredder.
We provide non-destructive tests such as X-rays in cooperation with reliable partners.
The hardness of the materials is checked using a C3000 hardness tester.
Melt and mold temperatures are measured using a rod thermometer or infrared pyrometer.
Checking the dimensions of castings during in-process and output inspection is performed using digital calipers, a projector profile and an altimeter.
