Production



Aluminum alloy foundry


Production is focused on casting small to medium-sized series of castings by gravity, where the worker manually pours the metal into a metal mold (mold). It is a manual or semi-automated production using hydraulic casting machines.

We have two electric resistance furnaces with a crucible capacity of 130 kg and one with a crucible capacity of 65 kg.
Maximum dimensions of castings: 350 x 600 mm
Weight of castings: up to 7 kg
The production of heavier and larger castings must be consulted.


Copper alloy foundry


Production is focused on casting small to medium-sized series of castings by gravity, where the worker manually pours the metal into a metal mold (mold). It is a manual or semi-automated production using hydraulic casting machines.

We have 8 electric resistance furnaces with a melting capacity of crucibles from 350 - 600 kg of copper alloy.
Maximum dimensions of castings: 250 x 250 mm or 200 x 350 mm.
Maximum weight of castings: up to 15 kg.
The maximum dimensions depend on the shape of the casting. After consultation, it is possible to cast castings heavier up to 50 kg.


Finishing


The center is focused on removing inlet systems from castings and finishing operations such as grinding parting planes, burrs, countersinking holes, threading, straightening castings, stamping the number of melts and other operations performed to meet customer requirements for casting quality.


Heat treatment


We can also satisfy the customer in the case of a request for heat treatment of castings. We have two chamber furnaces with electric resistance heating and forced air circulation, which we use for heat treatment of castings from aluminum alloys and copper alloys.



Processing


In cooperation with reliable partners, we can provide machining of castings on CNC machines. If required, we blast the surface of castings.


Casting equipment and molds


Based on the customer's order in the form of a 2D drawing or 3D model of the part, we will design the shape of the casting suitable for casting. This means we design bevels, machining allowances, pre-drilled holes with or without allowance, we optimize temperature nodes or wall thicknesses. After approving the shape of the casting by the customer, we will design the casting technology, inlets and inlets. We provide advice for the design of molds or. design and implementation of mold production in cooperation with our reliable partners.
